DCL Siemens Engineering Ltd. provided engineering and project management services for the provision of a "trickle" system to the Whitemud Water Co-op under a water distribution funding program of the Alberta government.

Works included the design and construction inspection for 31 kilometers of piping (2" to 4" HDPE) servicing approximately 50 farms. Engineering included assisting the owner group with easement acquisition, participation in public hearings, negotiations with the City of Edmonton for water supply and rates, design of a booster station and liaison with approval and funding agencies. The total project cost was $800,000.
