DCL Siemens Engineering Ltd. provided engineering services for the design and construction of a new wastewater stabilization pond, sewage forcemain, and sewage pumping station.

The project consisted of three separate contracts. Contract 1 was the construction of a new sewage lagoon with a capacity of 847,000 m3. Contract 2 was the construction of the sewage forcemain. The forcemain is approximately 11.5 km long and is 450 mm in diameter. Contract 3 was the construction of a new triplex wet well lift station in a precast concrete tank. Contract 3 also included modification to the existing building to house a new standby generator. The pumping capacity of the station is approximately 1100 gallons/minute.

The wastewater lagoon and sewage forcemain were constructed in 2000-2001 and the sewage pumping station was constructed in 2001.

The approximate construction cost for this project was $5,000,000.
