DCL Siemens Engineering Ltd. provided complete engineering services related to sewage collection and treatment facilities. Treatment facilities were provided via a conventional sewage lagoon. Because of the nature of the soils, the lagoon was lined with an 80 mil high density polyethylene liner. Project costs were approximately $800,000.
