Deposits are required to obtain hardcopy or digital plans and specifications. Please contact our office if you need assistance. If only hardcopy plans are available, these need to be returned in accordance with the documents to obtain deposit refund, if applicable. Digital drawing and specification deposits will not be returned.

Tenderers are advised that contract addendums will only be issued by fax. As such, tenderers need to make DCL Siemens aware of their intent to tender so that addendum, if any, can be provided before tender close.

Please note that questions should be brought to the project managers attention at least 24 hours prior to tender closing.

Alternates proposed must be discussed with the project manager prior to closing, and cost and consequence of using the alternative clearly laid out in the tender submission.
