DCL Siemens Engineering Ltd. provided engineering services for the project which was installed to provide drainage adjacent to the Downtown core and from the main street (Old Highway 16). This area experienced significant flooding and damage to commercial and residential properties during larger rainfall events.

Engineering works involved design and resident engineering services for the construction of downtown trunk sewers and surface rehabilitation. No pond was constructed and sewers tied into existing 60" trunk lines. The project costs of this installation were $800,000.
