DCL Siemens Engineering Ltd. provides design and general engineering services to the Town on an annual basis for the maintenance or upgrading of the Town's roadway system.

Work includes an overall assessment of roadway rehabilitation priorities along with other infrastructure constraints, and preparation of databases and displays in a GIS format. Included in engineering works are liaison with Town's GIS providers, detailed assessments of all roadways, prioritization and costing of roadway rehabilitations, applications for funding under various programs, and liaison with funding agencies during and after construction. Annual programs vary, dependent on outside funding, from $750,000 to $2,500,000 annually.
