DCL Siemens Engineering Ltd. Is an Alberta based engineering and consulting firm founded in 1983. The company provides civil and municipal engineering services and is licensed under Permit No. P3753 with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA). DCL Siemens also has memberships with the Consulting Engineers of Alberta (CEA) and the Association of Consulting Engineers of Canada (ACEC).

DCL Siemens is a multi-disciplinary municipal engineering consulting firm that specializes in all types of municipal installations including:

  2. Sanitary sewage collection, treatment and disposal
  3. Subdivision planning and servicing
  4. Transportation planning and implementation
  5. Roadway design and construction
  6. Infrastructure management and renewal
  7. Solid waste management

Engineering services provided include preliminary engineering and feasibility studies, cost estimates, surveys, design, drafting, government approvals, tendering, survey layout, resident inspection during construction, general engineering during construction, progress payment preparation and certification, final project accounting and commissioning.

The firm's technical staff of professional engineers and engineering technologists possess extensive engineering and construction experience. The engineering team produce cost effective designs and undertake assignments using sound project management techniques to ensure on-time and on-budget project completions. Surveys are completed with state of the art total station and GPS equipment. Extensive computer hardware and software are used with packages for computer aided design and drafting, stormwater modelling, database management, and word processing. DCL Siemens utilizes the most current versions software packages including AutoDesk Land Development and Civil Series, Microsoft Office and various other associated packages. Hardware used includes current technology computers, printers, and plotting systems.
